Refund/ Retum Policy
At Jancal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. They should be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Personalized, custom-made, or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Please contact our customer service team at support@jancal.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. We will provide you with detailed instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
3. Return Process
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible. Include the completed return form (sent to you by email) inside the package. Send the parcel to the address provided in our return instructions. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
4. Refund Details
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@jancal.com with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. International Returns
For customers outside our primary market, return shipping fees and any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local postal service for guidance on returns.
